Enrollment for 2026–2027

Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year will open in December 2025. To learn more about our programs and community, we invite you to attend our Prospective Parents Night on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. This evening is a wonderful opportunity to tour our classrooms, meet our teachers, and ask questions as you prepare for enrollment.

Application/Enrollment Timeline

  • Tuesday, November 18, 2025: Prospective Parents Night
  • December 2025: Current Student Re-enrollment Opens
  • December 2025: Online New Student Application for the 2024-2025 school year opens.
  • January 2026: Discovering Catholic Education Night Open House.
  • TBD: Deadline for application priority. Families may apply anytime after this date but will not be included in the first round of acceptance review. Any application received after July 1st may not be able to begin the school year on the first day of school.
  • March 15, 2026: Tuition assistance applications due. See our tuition page for more information.

New Student Application Information

New families: New families will complete an online application form that will be available when enrollment opens in December. Families with current St. Mary students should access the application through their FACTS Family Portal (Apply/Enroll, Application). 

  • Your child’s Online Application requires:
    • current and previous year’s report card, 
    • most recent IEP (if applicable), 
    • most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
  • A nonrefundable FACTS application fee is processed at the time of application. 
  • Tuition information and Tuition Assistance information can be found on our Tuition page. New tuition rates will be published in spring 2026.
  • Parents will be contacted by the school office to schedule a shadow day experience, entrance testing, and family interview.

Acceptance

Completing the online application does not guarantee placement. Placement is dependent on many factors. You will be notified by office personnel to confirm placement.  Applications for St Mary will be considered in the following order: 

  • Children from families registered in the Sponsoring Parish(es)
    • children with siblings currently/previously enrolled,
    •  children now reaching school age,
    • children from families newly moved into the parish whose children have been in Catholic schools where such were available.
  • Children from non-participating parish families with siblings currently/previously enrolled in school.
  • Children transferring from other Catholic schools:
    • from parish schools that are closing
    • from parishes not offering full K-8 programs
    • schools with a waiting list
  • Children of other faith traditions.

Enrollment

All new students are placed on a 90-day probationary period. Once notified of acceptance, new families must upload, submit, or complete the following within seven days:

  • Pay the Enrollment Deposit. Enrollment Deposit for the 2026-2027 school year is TBD.
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of Catholic baptismal certificate
  • Online enrollment forms through FACTS Family Portal
  • Custody documentation (if applicable)
  • Tuition agreement completed in FACTS Tuition Management
  • Immunization Record provided by the doctor with dates of all immunizations received to this point.
  • Physical Exam – a paper form provided by St. Mary School. The Physician’s Report must be signed by the doctor with the most recent physical exam information. Physical must be within the last year.
