St. Mary Catholic School, located at 66 East William Street in Delaware, Ohio, is seeking an Elementary Classroom Aide for the 2026–2027 school year.

The Classroom Aide will support teachers and students in creating a positive, orderly, and engaging classroom environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team, and is committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

Requirements:

• Hold an appropriate aide license or be eligible to obtain one prior to employment
• Current satisfactory BCI and FBI background checks
• Completion of, or willingness to complete, VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred
