This year I am the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade science teacher and am very excited to be back at St. Mary School. I have been blessed with 24 years of teaching, starting with first grade and experiencing all grade levels through the years. I have enjoyed watching each child grow in faith, respect, academics, and maturity. They are all special children each with their own unique gifts to contribute to our world.
I have graduated from Otterbein College with a 1-8 Education Degree and have a pre-K-8 Reading Endorsement from Ohio State University.
I am married and blessed with two grown children and two grandchildren.
I love to experience the world. Therefore I love to travel to various countries and enjoy learning the people and culture that each encompasses. It in itself is an amazing educational experience and one that I encourage others to do.
St. Mary School recruits and admits students of any race, color, or ethnic origin to all its rights, privileges, programs, and activities. In addition, the school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin the administration of its educational programs and athletic/extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the school is not intended to be an alternative to court or administrative agency ordered, or public school district initiated desegregation.
Inspired by our Mother Mary, and rooted in our Catholic faith, the St. Mary community nurtures spiritual growth, academic excellence, a responsibility to self, and service to others.
